Due to the value and irreplaceable nature of genuine turquoise, all orders containing genuine turquoise must be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
If a customer chooses USPS shipping, please note that we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing packages once the order has been shipped. USPS shipments are selected at the customer’s own risk.
To ensure proper handling, tracking, and insurance, we strongly recommend UPS or FedEx for all genuine turquoise purchases.
