Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We base our order quantity on the amount of pre-orders placed. Please read the description on pre-order items to find the shipment date/time frame before placing your order. Pre-order items or in stock items ordered at the same time as other pre-order items will not ship out until all pre-order items have arrived. Please keep this in mind and place separate orders if needed. Please do not purchase Express Shipping for pre-order items unless you do so with the understanding that the item cannot ship out until the date given in the item description.


Roaming Grace ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Items can be returned within 5 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition within 5 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Roaming Grace does not provide shipping labels for returns. Final sale on all bodysuits, swim, and accessories.
